We've been ordering from Taylor Street for about 5 years. The phone staff is hit or miss and about 10% of the time a part of the order is wrong (missing cheese on salad or something like that). My biggest complaint is the pizza seems to taste different every time. Not bad, just different. Sometimes it's super salty, lots of sauce, not as much sauce, or the sauce tastes different.
