This place is trash they need new workers i stop going for a while cause the service and food has been so bad I tried today for the promo for shrimp I ask if I cause get sauce he preceded to cancel my order cause his day bad I would never ever stop at this crappy place the other worker tried to help me and he push the poor guy out the way speaking his language he had no good reason to cancel my order they made my meal for a 2yr old they can keep there business im good this place should have been closed the food is trash service and people me personally never again

This place has the best seasoning on their fried chicken! You have to try the fried pizza puff, it’s magic in your mouth. Whenever my fiancé and I come to Illinois we our now having to stop here!

Hands down the best chicken strips & fries I've ever had. Just ask for the seasoning and their homemade hot sauce! I always make a point to get their small tenders meal whenever I'm passing through Georgia.

Worst service I've ever had, got 3 wings and a pizza puff with mild sauce and lemon pepper on the side. When I tell you they gave me my pizza puff and chicken swimming in sauce. I told them that this is wrong the cashier who is so unprofessional started yelling at me saying thats what I ordered. He eventually gave me money back but best believe I'm not going back there.

The food is pretty good however, you better tell them “EASY LEMON PEPPER” or else🤣🤣🤣🤣some of the young ladies that they hire, needs to be more people oriented. The older lady that works there, always be makes me laugh, she always bothering someone “for fun and giggles”. The men don’t laugh often but; she sets the mood. If, you can’t joke or laugh then, stay at home. I buy the catfish “ALL STEAKS”, I think the large orders need to come with more pieces. The store needs to create a better ambiance, to make the customer have that wow look of excitement. Thank you for all that you do.

I love fish fry and especially when you're craving to find one for it. I happened to be in the Naperville area, and I remember that the nearest JJ Fish store to get one is here in Bolingbrook, IL. But I was frustrated because it turned out that this specific store location is now owned by Indian 🇮🇳 descent, and the workers inside to attend to your orders are the same as well.
I wonder if maybe the original owner ( a black businessman) has finally retired after so many years of keeping it original, gave up the apron, and decided to sell the ownership to an entrepreneur buyer.
The order takers are not bad, but the waiting time is very long for an individual customer to wait. I personally time it to 15 minutes, and when phone orders pick up, plus walk-in people come in, it starts to build a crowd and the waiting time adds more minutes inside a very small area. It is recommended for customers when, after ordering, you can stand by and sit back to your car.
The quality of food and its Southern style have been maintained. But' have lost a little bit of authenticity on the fish taste and presentation.
Dine in on 1 table while walk-in customers enjoy watching you eating, if you prefer to eat inside.

I didn't even eat my lunch. Right when I walked in I almost turned around and walked out but decided to give it a chance because I was hungry. Yes, Fries taste very old, I didn't even eat my perch and chicken tender because it looked absolutely disgusting The fish didn't even look cooked all the way and something was wrong with the breading. Horrible, pretty much just walked in and gave them my cash. I did not eat the food! And the floors are dirty everything was pretty disgusting.
