This place is one of my favorite places for my Michoacana needs. JUST UNCOMFORTABLE WITH STAFF. Rude, faces and miserable when communicating with people.

In the morning 11:30 am. I stopped to buy a snow for my daughter. I am the only customer to serve. I asked for a test of a snow and the attitude of the person who served me was very ugly. He was upset, not a single word was said to me. From the moment I arrived until I left. I told him not to fill it out because it was for a little girl and he ignored me. He charged me and he didn't even give me a receipt. He gave me NO thanks or nothing for the style. Little professionalism.

Not honest at all I asked for a corn on the cob said yes. The corn was in a crockpot makes me wonder if in fact it’s from the cob. The taste of the corn was nonexistent. The yogurt was ok Will not be going back.

I’ve seen these in many places. A friend of mine brought me here to get a fruit cup. None of the fruit was ripe/sweet (strawberries, watermelon, pineapple), except for the papaya. There’s way too much plastic and styrofoam being used. Many of the products under the glass are full of artificial dyes. This is not a place I would like to go back to.

Asked for a "malteada de platano" and was told that those are for ice cream only. The "milkshakes" are the ones fruit. It's the same thing. Not only that, they threw the banana and the milk in the blender and gave it to me. There was no ice, no sugar and the banana was bad as well. Horrible service and food.

The last 2 times I've eaten here I've gotten sick, there fruit is contaminated. My mom and sister also got sick.

When this place opened it was amazing and the food was great. But I just went yesterday and it will be the last time I order any food from there. I ordered a cheeseburger and a torta both were bathed in oil and apparently smashed from the way they looked. Wish i had taken pictures. McDonalds has better food quality to say the least. They left my ice cream out while they went and prepared the hot food, so i asked one of the employees if they could put it in the freezer because i didn’t want melted ice cream and she made a face. This will be my last option for ice cream if im desperate enough and it will only be for ice cream because the ice cream is pretty good. Mind you i paid $60 for soggy food. I can get a better meal at Chillis for that Price. I also got the most watery corn in a cup, might have corn soup for what i got
