James at this location is an absolute Rockstar! I never go to red lobster, but I will come back just because of the service I received. He was super attentive while working the bar and the tables around it. By far the best service I've received at a chain restaurant in... I don't know how long if ever! My best friend and I had dinner last night at my favorite Red Lobster in Bloomingdale. The food was delicious. Enjoyed our free rewards appetizers. Service from Dina and her trainee Danielle was fun and great.I have been coming to this Red Lobster since they opened many years ago.
