The young lady at the window was very nice and helpful. I had rib tips,corn on the cob and potato salad which has alot of garlic in it and I have not ever had it with garlic but it was good.

We have a fifty fifty chance of our order being correct! Sad to say we were ordering alot. I am so disappointed and won't be going back. The food is delicious when they get it right. Big Texan chopped and lean! We got our sandwiches beef cut in slabs and full of fat. So we called spoke with the manager. So next time when we placing the order we asked for the owner and Michele told us he was to busy and hung up on my husband. I went in and placed the order and left our phone number. Was told the owner would call. Well he never did. So that was our last visit. Obviously you don't need our business.

I've been going to Jimmy Jo's BBQ for years and this is the first time I received bad food? These rib tips are burnt, tough, crispy all the way through and drier than the Sahara desert. Taste like they were left over from yesterday. Tried using sauce, which I never had to use before and they are still inedible! $13 in the garbage. And they didn't give me the bread I requested.

I have eaten in and ordered out for different get togethers and this bbq is always so delicious…it never disappoints, including today for Father’s Day. Love it and thank you!

Multiple occasions may I add. We got the family pack, the stuff in the photo as well as two sides. But I asked for extra BBQ sauce not caring if it was extra or not. But $75 for all of this only to get two small cups off the sauce. I’m sorry but if I’m paying $75 for food I should be getting more. There is 2 1/2 pounds of just the pulled pork. Ridiculous.
It is really difficult to tell if this place is open based on the outside appearance, but well worth the find.
Parking: At the time of the visit, there was plenty of parking, but the spaces could easily be filled quickly.

I will never go back. I ordered deluxe pork nacho. They came with their chili on it which I personally do not like. I ordered it not expecting it to have the chili on it since it is not listed on the menu as having chili (unless I wanted to buy the chili nachos specifically). I called and asked about them having chili. They confirmed they do. I asked why it wasn't listed on the menu with that. They said "Well it does have cheese listed on it either but that came on it." I told them I was headed back to get ones without chili. I looked at reviews on here and their response to another person was that they sell one with chili and one without. I asked for a refund instead when I got there and tried to give them the nachos back. They told me to just throw them away as they can not take them back. There are many more professional and polite ways to say that than telling me to take out the garbage you gave me. I got my money back and will never be returning.

I'm really proud of this place. A few years ago I had a different opinion but that's because I'm a snob who lived in Southern Illinois for 8 years and had bbq weekly.Recommended the Carolina style hot link to a homie and he loved it. I'd recommend topping it with pulled pork but I'm also heavy set.

Whether I order a pulled pork sandwich or the Prime Rib on Friday nights, the food is delicious!!! I have dined in, but mostly order through the drive-up window. I have also done group orders for take out. Great service! They have the best corn bread muffins.
Didn’t like the ribs, potato salad taste like mayo mustard mixed, very mid at best bbq. Worst fair experience
