Terrible Machines that don't work. Not too bright vendors, I think these people are the lowest form of sub-human, imo. Had contacted them by phone to obtain a couple dollars one of their machines stole from me without dispensing anything. They asked for my address and name and I never been reimbursed. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company.

Fox vending has provided us "People Against Dirty Manufacturing" (Aka Method Products) with incredible service. They have been able to customize their services to meet our high demand needs. Not only do we use them for our vending services, they also help service our coffee and free employee snack program that we offer to our employees. they always listen to our recommendations. Their employees are some of the nicest down to earth people and always have our best interest in mind. They provide us with a family-owned business type of care but with big company solutions. An example we wanted to provide our employees with $20 month of additional funds to be able to purchase what they want from the vending machines and they were able to go out and secure the necessary technology needed to be able to service our needs. Anytime we need anything they are just a phone call away and are able to solve any issue within less then 24 hours. By far going above and beyond for our service needs.

Fox Vending takes care of our 6 Chicagoland offices and they always have the greatest selection to choose from. The coffee is really good and much more affordable than most companies. We are very pleased with the service.
