The food was horrible almost worse than the customer service . It’s like they are annoyed that I ask questions no smile no greeting nothing …. Like it was so awkward and not a pleasant experience as a first time out of town customer ! On top of that the pork pot roast was horrible it taste burnt and the greens taste burnt as well the macaroni was delicious so that’s all I got to eat . It’s sad because I’ve called several times to try to rectify this but I never get an answer . They need to do better. For $24 it’s not worth it at all and the sweet tea taste like koolaid ? very disheartening.

Place was completely horrible. I walked in to place an order and the customer service was horrific. The cashier looked at me, didn’t say a single word then continued to look down at her phone as if I wasn’t there. There was one other customer in the restaurant. When I asked if I can order, I received the worst attitude I’ve ever gotten in a restaurant. She looked at me and got upset because i wanted to order. I asked a simple question about the menu and got treated as if I should’ve knew the answers already. Why work there if you’re going to make the owner lose customers? I ordered and the food was pretty good but unfortunately I’ll never come back due to the lack of customer service. I was so upset because the place has good potential but the customer service is making customers never come back. As a restaurant owner myself, I just wish the owner will acknowledge this review and work on training the cashiers or fire the staff and hire people that want to be there. I will NEVER come back and I’ve never felt this disrespected at an establishment where I’m spending my money to support a business. There’s so many other restaurants like this so I’ll just take my money elsewhere since it’s a problem to get decent customer service at this place. I’d rather starve to death then eat at this place again.

I've been wanting to try this place for some time now I finally go on this past Saturday my experience wasn't great at all after eating not even close to half of my food I became sick to my stomach the sweet potatoes was missing the potatoes all I could taste was sugar my dressing was salty and looked old by the end of the night I was awakened by bad stomach cramps that had me in the bathroom on the toilet till 3 am my significant other and I both ordered food he has the same problem here it is Tuesday and I've yet to be able to eat anything we has to throw the food out it was over half I would very much like a REFUND due to my experiences I will not be eating their anymore

I ordered from Uber eats so I didn’t deal with any of the staff directly, but the food was pretty good. I had the jerk salmon with Mac and greens as sides. The macaroni was delicious. The salmon was really good too but I felt like it needed some sauce since it was a little on the dryer side. The greens were salty and nothing special in my opinion.

First time visiting the plane, my family told me all about it and man oh man it was worth it! I knew when I saw the line near outside the door, people love this place. My meal was the mac n cheese, fish, greens of course the Carmel cake, make you want to hurt someone, the food was so good, didn't have time to take pics, please visit and give them a try, you won't regret it.

Our first time going there Service was excellent. The Henny wigs was great. The grilled shrimp for my daughter was great. The greens wasn't good they taste like can greens and the oxtail wasn't good at all they taste wired. All the other side was yummy . My family and I will be back to try them out again.

I paid $7.50 each for Large dressing and peach cobbler both were seriously burnt and not edible. I got 3 meals oxtail, roast beef and smothered pork chops paid $79 had no problem with my meals. Just pissed about how did the kitchen allow dressing and peach cobbler to be sold burnt a$ heck??? I’ll rather y’all said y’all was sold out both items instead of selling them. One more thing I recommend hair nets working around food. Line cook that’s bring fresh food out should not be dumping fresh food on old food and not gloves on him or none of the servers. I will say the customer service wasn’t bad the young ladies were pleasant and welcoming. I will never order dessert or peach cobbler AGAIN ?
