Come here on a regular because my boss loves taco bell. Yet everytime I come and order food they either forget half the order. Mess up on what was wanted on the order. And half the staff are rude when you come back to get the stuff fixed. Wish Cahokia had more options for food.

It was around 11 pm. Girl was pretty much doing it all by herself. My food tasted good, but I had no lettuce on my tacos.. long wait in drive thru, about 25 minutes because she was solo.

Had to wait a few minutes longer than us. However the young man who was working always recognizes my voice over the speaker. Whenever there's a problem, which is rare when this young man is working, he ALWAYS makes it right. He is also always pleasant & very polite.
