The worst Arby's ever. Ordered chicken bacon swiss sandwich. Chicken was overcooked, burnt and Cold and dried out like it had been sitting all day. Of course when you go thru the drive thru no chance of going back to get this fixed.

Customer service did not exist this day. We had to repeat our order several times, they did get it right, but the lady at the window was rude and impersonal. Only gave 2 stars because the food was hot.

The roast beef sandwiches seem to get smaller and smaller for some reason. Not at this store is the direct culprit but they did partake in minimizing the amount of meat on my sandwich. Great for a snack but not the best place to go if you're hungry.

Drive up personnel were extremely disorganized. Did not know what we had ordered and retook the order at pick up window. The customer before us had same issue. Been a while since I've stopped at Arby's, but my BeefnCheddar appeared to have about half the meat as I remember the sandwich used to have.
The young lady at the drive up was very patient with us. It was difficult to hear her due to the poor speaker system. She was gracious and accomodating and got our order correct spot on!

What restaurant closes at 5pm on a Friday? This Arby's location. I'll never attempt to get food here again after having this happen numerous times. How about some real hours? People eat after 5PM you know. Thanks for nothing.
