Food was salty. No taste for fettuccine. My husband had the lasagna and the noodles were mushy. We were told yes there supposed to be like that. Waiter never smiled once and was no friendly. First smile we received was when we were leaving. Won’t ever go

The food is always delicious. Sometimes, things are a little bit spicy in ways I'm not expecting, but they are always able to adapt a dish to be less spicy if I ask. The service is good. Sometimes, it's hard to find your server if you happen to need something, but even with a party of 10, our water glasses were always full (which shows that the waiter stopped by regularly). I'm still not sure about the remodel. I liked the quiet coziness of the prior decor, but it's growing on me. The only complaint I can offer is that one cannot get a small side salad. It would be really nice to be able to add some leafy greens without getting a meal sized salad.

Wonderful dining experience. Service was excellent, they messed up our order by bringing out the wrong appetizers, they brought the right one and gave us the wrong one too! The bacon covered figs are top notch. The braised beef rib ravioli was phenomenal. Wish I could eat here all the time!

We celebrated my niece's 40th birthday dinner at Biaggi's, and the staff was absolutely incredible! We had a group of 25 and I want to express my gratitude to the staff for their patience and kindness. They were extremely helpful, always ready to assist in any way possible. We had a 7:00 reservation. We were told a few minutes. At 7:30, they still did not have a table ready. She said another 10 minutes. We bailed at 7:45. There was another party who also had a 7:00 reservation that had not yet beeb seated when we left. We would have appreciated honesty at check in.
