At best it should be negative 3000 stars. This establishment will not be open much longer. There's no way it can continue to operate with service this horribly bad. Do yourself and anyone you care for a favor and please tell them to never ever go here. Atrocious.

Had a late lunch at Chili’s today. Our service was great! Our waitress Chloe was very sweet and attentive! My Mushroom Swiss Burger was AMAZING and my kids all enjoyed their meals, not leaving a crumb!

The fajitas we ordered was lacking in flavor. It tasted significantly different than I have ever had at Chilli's. It was still good just not as good as it has been in the past. What made up for it was our waitress. She was very, very good!

Me and my wife went for lunch yesterday and definitely won’t be going back. When we lived here before we always went to Champaign Chilis! Its was our go to place! We moved back and it’s definitely not the same. The 3 for $10 is now “3 for me” and what I normally get went up 50 percent for less food! Before I would get a freestyle drink, chips and salsa, 5/6 chicken tenders with 2 sides for $10. Now it’s a regular drink option, chips and salsa (half full bowl of salsa) and 3 small chicken tenders and 1 side (only option is fries) and it is now $15. When it came out my wife said “Did you order from the kids menu?” Definitely was not worth the money. Then also they decided to sit everyone in the bar area why they decided right at lunch time to move all the tables to the side to bring in equipment to remove the old coolers over the counter. Was very noisy. Manager apologized for it but didn’t offer anything for the inconvenience and being loud. The waitress was AWESOME! I’m not trying to be a “Karen” but when you spend 50 percent more for less food I’m gonna expect atleast a good experience.

Not a typical Chilis experience. Steak was raw and had to send it back, corn on the cob was cooked to the point of it being shriveled and tough. Bar drinks were extremely weak. The was friendly but unconcerned that we had to send the steak back and never had a chance to eat it - it came back to the table after we all finished our meals.
