I’m a loyal customer for this coffee shop. I bought coffee beans for a lot of time but I got aged beans this time. I sincerely asked to exchange or refund for rotten beans but the manager was not so nice. Super disappointed with this manager and store.

I ordered hot caramel latte and the guy didn’t bother to add any caramel in it despite me telling him that even after I tasted it, he said he did, now I’m in my car i finished the latte and no caramel at allFunny how expensive it is the coffee here but the service is -0

The staff were nice and the vibe was good, but our drinks were gross and expensive. The chai is steeped and then added to ice, making it very watery and the lattes are comparable to KwikTrip ice coffees.

The atmosphere is nice, the staff is always nice, but their food and drinks are not what they use to be. I had them remake my drink this morning because the first one was nothing but ice chips. Then the second time it was overly sweet with syrups I couldn’t even taste the coffee. These are easy fixes though, so I hope management does some training.
Love ER! Quiet, comfortable. Good food. They have been short on inventory recently for bakery goods. Give them a try!
