Maize has the best Al pastor I’ve ever had (both locations) and also one of the best hit salsas with their hot tomatillo salsa. Whether it is a tostada, burrito, or traditional taco… Maize is the best around.

This place and its staff can't figure out when it's open or closed. Their Facebook post says they are open until 10pm. The hours say 9pm. The website says 10pm. The ordering says 9pm. I call the restaurant and they tell me 10pm. I'm in a study group that gets out at 915 and we were looking forward to getting something before heading home. On Wednesday the lights were off at 925 pm. I called yesterday and asked what time they close, the girl on the phone says 10pm, and told her about them closed at 9pm on Wed. She assured me it was probably just a one time thing. I get there last night and the lights are again off at 930pm. I get closing early ocacassionaly if business is slow, seems like business is always slow if they keep closing early, or maybe they should figure out when they want to be open or closed. Go to another restaurant that can figure out how to stay open.

Great food, and our servers have always been excellent. There are two seating areas with dramatically different vibes, and we've always been seated in the back area so I can't say much about the atmosphere of the trendy looking front area, but the back is pretty no-frills. It's perfectly clean and suits us fine since we usually have the kids with us.Vegetarian options: Both the zucchini blossoms and corn mushrooms are fantastic.Kid-friendliness: Not super kid friendly, but they're fine with them. They do have a kid menu.

If you are looking for "Americanized" Mexican food, have at it. Not judging (much). But if you want the real thing that is, in my opinion, the absolute best, savory, and perfectly prepared Mexican dishes, this is the place. The Station location also has the atmosphere I'd be proud to take my best friends to! As for the service and the servers, it's nice to be somewhere where everyone seems to actually like their job! I even had the chance to meet the owner who couldn't have been more gracious! We are looking forward to going back as soon as possible!

The most over-rated Mexican restaurant in CU. Prices are high, and margaritas are not that good. There are other great Mexican restaurants nearby.

I had Pastor tacos, very good and full of meat more than most places. My wife had chicken Fajitas taste was very good but had about 4 times the peppers and onions as it did meat. Meat had a great flavor but was not near enough compared to vegetables for the price. They also only have corn tortillas except for their burritos. To me this is no big deal but for some it could be. All in all was a good experience and our waitress was very good
