The worst restaurant service in Urbana Champaign. There is always one person to serve a long line. It takes very long time to make a small order. This is really

they have your food ready, but make you wait for 10 minutes before paying. this makes your food cold and soggy even though you expected a hot and fresh food.they should seriously prioritize in-store customers instead of online orders, or have more employees on standby.as a former loyal customer, it's sad to see that broccoli beef is literally just broccoli and a piece of beef. the imbalance is surreal. and please, do not put rice on top of where the entres should be. i hope it's not a set up to give out less entre.

Many Chineses told me this is not traditional Chinese foods, bit American style Chineses food. Whatever, I super like it. The only downside is that they ran out of some dishes, including walnut shrimp, maybe due to summer vacation time of the universality.

Their serving sizes couldn’t even feed a hamster…so stingy with their portions. Your better off going to a local Chinese

The staff in general is very, very nice, the food is usually very good, however, why is the upstairs always closed when the place is extremely busy???I have ADHD and it is difficult for me to sit in a crowded space and enjoy my food. The workers do not seem to like opening the upstairs up and I literally don't know why other than they don't want to clean it. I get it if there is literally no business, but there are no seats available many times and they still leave it closed. If someone answers my review, I will consider giving the last star back.

Food and staff here are great. For whatever reason, the vent hoods in the restaurant are never on, and the entire place is filled with smoke and spices that could cause some sensitive groups to have a bad reaction. I’ve not had an issue with it, but most of the time when I come in everyone else in the restaurant is coughing and complaining about it. If you’re around spicy food a lot, you’ll be fine, but if you’re even vaguely asthmatic, I would have this delivered.
Not the greatest Panda Express location. The food and service are always great. The Orange Chicken, Fried Rice, and Chow Mein are always on par with other Panda Express locations… so no problem there. The issue is that this location is almost always out of something and you’ll have to wait 8-15 minutes for it to be made. Had to wait about 5 minutes for Chow Mein during my last visit. The upstairs area is not always open so individuals who try to eat inside the restaurant don’t always have a seat. And, they now charge $0.50 for water cups!!! Absolutely crazy!I’m not telling you to avoid, but be prepared to wait for your desired entree or side, and definitely take it to go. This location is great because it’s right next to campus (literally across the street). But if you have a car, try to go to the location either in Wilbur Heights north of I-74 or to the location in Urbana.

The portions are way smaller here, but the prices are still high. I paid extra for the "premium" walnut shrimp and they only gave me 5 pieces.

They consistently get take out orders wrong and forget teriyaki sauce for teriyaki chicken.

luv that there is panda express in campus. they r only open in the afternoon till night. can't go wrong with panda. ?Parking: depends what day and what time you are parking. if you are parking in Monday to Friday before 6 or 5 pm, you have to pay for street parking and have to have permit parking.
