For starters there needs to be a -0 rating. Terrible experience went for early dinner. When served the biscuits one looked like it had been bitten in half and put in the basket they were cold our dirty plates were never removed before our main dinner. It was a table for two, so there wasn’t much room. When it came time to pay my elderly mother paid cash the waitress was standing behind her at the register and had the audacity to blurt out “You didn’t give me enough money”. My mom responded” I paid the amount owed plus a tip“ and then the waitress told us she had given us the wrong ticket, and that it was for the couple behind us who had already left. We asked why we had their ticket and she said it was by mistake never apologized, let alone telling the whole restaurant that we paid the wrong amount when it wasn’t our fault very embarrassing. I went ahead and gave the waitress a tip then she offered to cover it herself I said “no we’ll pay the bill.” I called the general manager this morning. I told her what happened she had the audacity to tell me the girl was having a bad day and made every excuse possible and said what a good waitress she was, This was not acceptable way to treat a customer when it was the waitress error. The waitress should have came to our table and apologized and explained the error. I have never had such a terrible experience eating out. The Manager said” you should’ve asked for me at the time” I told her “we were completely embarrassed and just wanted to leave”. I don’t know what happened to this place but we will never be back and will tell everyone we know what our experience was. The manager said Red Lobster was very busy. It was not especially for 5:30 on a Saturday night not like it used to be. She also told me that she was in the back of the restaurant and had been in the alley, dealing with that. Just curious what was going on in the alley? Apparently there is no Professional at this establishment .Everyone here needs to go back to Manager- Waitresses 101.

I ordered Shrimp your Way - 3 Choices. I ordered shrimp scampi, Walt's shrimp, shrimp Alfredo. It was delivered and I got shrimp scampi and a shrimp skewer with rice and French fries. I called and they issued me a full refund that will be within the next 2 weeks. I am disappointed that this happened, but very happy with their customer service.

My partner and I visited for her delayed birthday dinner. She had endless seafood and focused on coconut shrimp. She loved her food. I had fried fish and a side of bacon mac and cheese. The mac and cheese was amazing, and I could make a meal of it alone. The fish was meh. I didn't finish it. Of course, the cheddar biscuits were delicious. Our server was delightful. A great experience, marred only by the fish being drab. A minor complaint, because everything else was outstanding.Wheelchair accessibility: It seems to be very accessible.

I went to linch with my grandkids and great grandkids ! We love coming there and driving 50 miles to get there, but it's worth it .Parking: There were plenty of spots and but they were busy ! Waitress was awesome and food delicious !Kid-friendliness: My great grandkids are well behaved in restaurants , great food !

I love Red Lobster and this location seemed pretty active for mid afternoon. The food was good and I'll certainly be back.
Absolutely horrid, got coleslaw as a side and the juice was brown due to the lettuce being bad. Also got the Calamari starter and it was very squishy and rancid. Will not be coming back.

Such a great experience, staff was friendly and took great care of us. Delicious food for the endless shrimp special and always tasty cheese biscuits.Parking: Maybe paint over the past wheelchair spots on the South side of the building.
