My partner and I came here today because I want to buy the Hello Kitty cup holder sleeve. Our initial experience was bad because we both called twice, and they didn't pick up the phone during normal business hours. When we showed up, we weren't greeted until I said excuse me I have a question, and she came up and was friendly. This is by far the best boba tea I have ever had! All of them are so good. I would definitely recommend the taro one because it's definitely my fav. The people there are nice and willing to answer questions you have about stuff on the menu too. Great place to go to get boba.

We went pretty late at night and there was no one. It's definitely on the pricey side, but was tasty. The service was not the best. The person working looked very annoyed and pretty much threw our straws at us when they didn't give us one to begin with.
