Food was cold, they can’t get an order right, I asked for ketchup and pickle on my burger and got mustard and onions, and they tried giving me a medium when I specifically asked for a large. With the cost of food going up the people who work should make sure they actually do their job correctly.

This is my third time eating here and their food is very good and the double cheeseburger is big and filling. Their sign that says, hotter faster, is very true because the food was hot and it didn't take more than 5 minutes.

Came thru the drive-thru didn't get a hey hi or Have a good night! Young and not customer service friendly plus the food wasn't good. Must be frozen patties

McHugh’s has the best burgers, service is fast and the delicious fries are always more than we can eat. I have introduced many people outside of Coles County to the food at McHugh’s and now they drive there just to get a value meal.
Buns were hard. Ordered meals and didn't get fries. Went back through to get fries and they said they didn't charge us for fries even with the receipt. Wanted another $6 for 2 medium fries ?

Good burgers and fries at a decent price. Hawaiian burger was very good (ironically tasted a bit like the McRib to me). Young ones liked the chicken strips. Reminds me a bit of a fancy Krekels (Decatur burger joint).With the parking spots being mostly full and picnic tables outside, I thought maybe you could go in to get takeaway. This place is drive up only... or at least it was when we went (9/9/23). Led to a bit of an awkward walk of shame back to the car when we couldn't get in.
