This is by far the best Chinese food place in Charleston! The owners are always super nice! I always order online, and my food is hot and ready. I recommend this place 10/10. I get the c.17 with shrimp lo mein, an order of crab rangoons, & hot & sour soup.

We have been regular customers of QQ Buffet in Charleston, IL for man years. Tonight we went in with a friend of ours to eat our regular choice of food--my wife and our friend both like the buffet. I always get the cashew chicken. When my wife ordered our food, we were told that dine is only buffet and menu options were available in carry out. I don't get their reasoning. The man that works there sometimes told me that I could always get cashew chicken. I guess I could order take out and sit on the curb and eat it while my wife and our friend eat buffet inside. I am sure they have the things they need to make cashew chicken. The lady that came and told us that it was buffet only when you dine in was not very pleasant when I told her the gentleman told me I could always order cashew chicken. She kept repeating that dine in was only buffet unless we ordered take out. Perhaps I am missing something but it makes no sense to me. I told her we would not be coming back.

I've been coming here for 10 years and the owners have always been so awesome and we have always loved the food. The go to containers you receive when you decide to get food to go are children food sized, yet they want to charge $14.00. I tried to go ask for a small sauce containers and the rude owner said we don't have any other containers, yet the people we working in the back walked right out with sauce containers filling phone orders. I won't be back
I got food to go and they give you a generous serving with a choice of rice. Will be enough food to last me all weekend with 2 serving... Quality is excellent!

Food tasted ok. Found metal/paint chips in my drink. When I showed it to the buffet attendant he said it was from the ice. He was already fully aware of the problem. Rather than fixing the problem he apologized profusely. How many people are drinking contaminated drinks.

Came in late and was asked what we wanted brought out to the buffet on multiple visits. Top notch General Gaos chicken, egg rolls, black and pepper chicken, and second to non crab rango! Lao' Ming noodles and fried rice are on point as well! Great food! ?Kid-friendliness: They have pizza and chicken wings. My girls love the fruit bar.Parking: Lots of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Ok.
