Pearson's has the best cakes around! I ordered my dad a cake for his 80th birthday and it turned out beautiful. Chocolate cake with buttercream frosting and chocolate buttercream filling. The buttercream is great and not that sickeningly sweet frosting that you get from store-bought cakes. Made with love and you can tell!
In my opinion, the best bakery in the southern suburbs. Incredible sweet rolls, coffee cake and donuts. Their cakes are also wonderful. Every time I’m back home, I place an order and bring some of that deliciousness back to Arizona.
I always order our cakes for special occasions at Pearsons. Last week, I ordered a cake for my granddaughter’s christening. We had the most beautiful decorating done by Marie, a layer of chocolate and white, with amazing raspberry cream filling! Delicious and just beautiful! Thank you for getting just right, again!
