I work in the mall and I come to the food court often to get myself lunch or dinner. And this Burger King is notorious for workers at the mall, for being horrible. There is NEVER a worker outside. They are always hiding in the back and never check for customers. Then when they do come out. It takes them like 20 minutes to make you your food. I went here once and it took almost my entire break, just to get a burger. Save yourself a doctors visit, and DO NOT go here. And BK corporate if you’re reading this. Shut down this horrible location.

Last time coming here thanks to a rude worker who messed up my order. Ordered a large Whopper with cheese meal. I got small fries and a small drink but it was a small amount of fries and when I asked to fix the fries she gave me a dirty look and gave me an attitude like she doesn't want to work. I opened the bag and she messed up the burger because there's no cheese plus it was cold and moldy I had to put it in the trash. I just only ate half the fries and half the small drink before putting both in the garbage. Go to a different Burger King if you want better service. This place needs to shut down.

Very rude employees, always closes 2 hours early for no reason. Honestly at this point shut this place down. Seeing all the review of this BK it looks like you can catch food poisoning.

Shifty workers closed 30 minutes before closing time and didn't care about their customers! Usually like this place but the workers really need a tune up! If I could I would fire all the workers there ??

I worked here for 5 days and made sure all was selling and all was clean and food was always fresh . the girl who was horrible at this job quit and then came back and took my hours .let me tell when I got here there were and still is fruit flies everywhere ants all over the food, JASPER an employee doesn't wear gloves nor wash his hands and he goes around the mall snorting and picking his nose . The other female Joanne like to pick things up from the floor and give them to customers whether it's bread, a nugget, or patty she has dropped a few things and put them back onto the entree I was working here part time for now and I worked with bk for 4 years before and coming back and seeing this was horrible NEVER IN MY LIFE .. no type of Food safety here or in the bk at hickory hills . Burger Kings bar has dropped super low ZERO STARS FOR ME
This place is horrible! I work in the mall & had came to get a “quick meal”. Their line was not even long, but their line WAITING for your food is what’s takes FOREVER. All i ordered was fries and I have been waiting for over 20 minutes. This place either needs new employees or needs to be shut down in general. NOT WORTH IT

Shame on Burger King for false advertising. Ad reads 16 oz frozen drink for $1.00 yet what they tried to give me was way less than 8 oz. A simple solution for this problem is to stop advertising.

I went here yesterday and was very disappointed. I ordered a whopper with cheese, no ketchup, no onions, heavy pickles. My guy ordered a whopper with cheese, everything on it. We BOTH got a whopper with un-melted cheese, barely warm burger, no ketchup, extra mayo, regular pickles, extra onions, regular lettuce and tomato. Oh yes, and it took them at least 10 minutes to prepare my food.
