Was staying at a nearby hotel and stopped here for breakfast, I didn’t realize beforehand that because they are in an office building that they would have a limited menu/services. The employee there named Kim went out of her way to make sure my kids had a good breakfast (like beyond amazing customer service). It’s so rare to find employees so willing to go the extra mile for customers; she is special!
I have had breakfast in here a few times. Each time the food was fresh and good. service is okay. I have used them a couple of times for catering in the office for meetings. Each time the food was fresh, delivered on time or early, and service is much friendlier. The prices for catering are on par for all downtown catering and the offerings are varied better for sandwiches and salads as other similar restaurants.

The food is good and I love this place but they forgot 10 of the lunch boxes for a team meeting - put a downer in the energy. I would suggest they pay closer attention to detail, I will still order food from here because the quality of the food is good but service could use some work.
