The food was just ok, I thought. The pizza crust was a bit over cooked and a bit tough and the appetizers were not great. The bread (or ‘crostini’ as it was called on the menu) which was served with the burrata and the steak tartare didn’t taste fresh at all. Lastly, the service could have been better…the waiter was a bit rude and a bit slow. It took a long time to get a drink.

Went yesterday and the white female (?) server with all the Tattoos was very rude & arrogant. She seemed so rushed when she first got to our table and didn’t even want to explain the wine menu to us when we asked .Don’t recommend. And then she also proceeds to call my friend an illegal because of her id . We were so uncomfortable that we left . It sucks because we were there for industry night and you’d think she’d be more respectful to other people in the industry butTruthfully I think she was just being racist & classist . The manager was however really nice and understanding. I wish I would’ve got the servers name so I can warn others. We have friends that also work for dineamic and this has never happened to us. I came back to add more because it seems as if we’re not the only ones they have been discriminating against, if you’re a person of color STAY AWAY FROM THIS RESTAURANT. They never seem to address the discrimination hmm wonder why.

I took my Italian mom here who was visiting from Indianapolis. We had an amazing time! I could tell the servers were very busy (I work just down the street so I know how busy Fulton Market gets on a Friday night) but the entire staff was incredibly kind and attentive despite the high volume. Our server Haley was very sweet and timed everything perfectly. She recommended the seabass and was spot on. I would also like to shout out the server assistants who also had great timing and were very helpful! Will definitely be going back.

Really good place to eat for casual outings. I've been here a couple times and the food is generally good. Had the rigatoni a la vodka (my favorite dish) but unfortunately it was not amazing.

The food is always amazing but this was the first time we had poor service. She barely came to check on us. I was going to order a second cocktail but she never came while we were eating. The music at one point got louder like a night club so it was hard to have a conversation. I know it was Friday night but it's not a night club...

Nice bar with great food. The gnocchi and the pizza were excellent. Definitely a must stop when in Chicago.

Food was good and service was attentive, but bill was shockingly high for this type of restaurant. Four people with three apps, two salads, two pizzas, one cocktail, and four soft drinks was nearly $300?!?! Ambiance was extremely loud and difficult to carry on a conversation.

Photos looked great. Came in alone after church, had the oysters (major oyster lover) and they were not impressive at all. I don't waste food but only could eat half. The seabass wasn't anything special. Drinks were good. Bartender was cool.

I was there with friends mid afternoon, so it was quiet and uncrowded. Food and service were both excellent. Hailey was one of the nicest servers we've had in a long time! We look forward to coming back!

Had the spaghetti with crab bits was delicious. My date like the place. It was cold in there which is weird cause it was cold outside. Nice to have some heat when it's a cold night. And the pictures I saw on yelp did not match the inside.

Yaz was great. I had the vita mock tail (5/10) burnt pep pizza (9/10) and donuts to go (TBD). It’s more casual than I imagined.Parking: I parked 3 blocks away on Washington and Halsted. It’s free Sundays.

I read all the hype and fell for this spot. I normally don't read the hype but it looked great. The moment we walked in the hostess was not friendly, so we stood waiting for our turn politely- they had tons of people against the bar area backed up which was causing a traffic jam to the door. When it became our turn upon arriving 8minutes early to our reservation she said there was a wait for our table. So we waited and then the hostess proceeded to seat us to the absolute worst table in the restaurant. Beware of this table — It was located under the staircase in the corner with no visual to anything except the open donut kitchen. The restaurant itself is loud and the music is loud. If you're looking for a dining option to have conversations you may be using the loud voice you got. The food was mediocre- I have definitely had better Italian. Nothing tasted amazing or memorable. Got the meatballs starter- very moist, the two entrees were: crab spaghetti which has more of a canned crab which is mostly shredded than lump crab meat & vodka rigatoni with sausage. The sausage was very well seasoned with hints of fennel & sage herbs, the sauce was not saucy or creamy. Half way through eating it, it dries out, not enough sauce given to coat the pasta. Cocktails were decent, didn't get any of the N* cocktails as the server said they're all premade. We got the classics, old fashioned and Paloma and those were good. Overall there are tons of restaurants in Chicago & West Loop this one was not worth the trip. Overhyped and overpriced. Nothing inventive.
