Unbelievable experience! Creamy yet inviting ice cream flavors. Hard working staff and warm environment, which pairs well with the perfectly balanced icy and creamy package. I can not recommend this location enough. Will be coming back.

THESE EMPLOYEES ARE HORROBLE. They don’t know how to treat people. I asked if they know Spanish so my dad could order their own things and they say yes but everything they said was in spanish. And I asked for 4 items and they only gave me one, I said that I asked for 4 and the girl said “no didn’t ?” like girl I did if u didn’t hear is ur fault and as ur job u can just give 2 more and that’s all bc I’m paying for it. If u don know how to be a good employee idek why u working ??♀️

Come in to get ice cream with the kiddos, no one comes over to the ive cream side, so i asked if it was closed, guy says no, you pay first. What? Why would i pay first before picking out my ice cream and the toppings my kids want? Guy was lazy! We left, take my business elsewhere.

There's a lady there who I'm assuming is the owner of this location, she always has an attitude! I went to pay with a gift card (which I just wanted to use the remaining balance) and she yells at me that I still owe her. I knew that already it's not like I proceeded to walk out of the place with my donuts and coffee! I rather go to a different location even if it means I have to do a extra drive. It looks like they hired teens who goof off a lot when she's not there because when she's there let me tell you it is a whole different scenario!

Horrible service. The staff pays more attention to people who go through the drive thru then the people actually inside.. not to mention their disgusting attitude towards the PAYING costumer just unbelievable. Period.

Worst costumer service ever! I was waiting to purchase a cake for over 10 minutes while there were 3 employees who were too busy having their own conversations, laughing and on top of that an employee was using her phone! I called out multiple times to ask if I could purchase the cake and I was ignored so I began to ask loudly until finally I got the attention of a male employee who asked how I would be paying I replied with "Cash" and a second employee(female) came and she rudely said "You are going to have to wait" and gave me the excuse of "We have to wait for a box" I then left as I could not withstand the horrible service that I had endured. DON'T come here unless you like to be ignored and given attitude by the employees.
