It's just irritating...... made an order to a polite young lady....... 3X she asked again and again what it was that I wanted and how to prepare it!!!! I get back to the hotel and it's wrong!!!!!! Service just is terrible

I was craving a banana split and thought i would stop into Baskin Robins. I went to one location and they said they didn't have any toppings. So they suggested I go to the location on Wabash so that's what I did. Well....I went and it was my first time there. I really don't want to go back. Service was fine, the guy that took my order was very pleasant but when I got home and opened my ice cream I noticed my here were NO BANANAS!! there was no way I was leaving back out as I do not stay too close to that location. So I figured I'd call . Well, they didn't work. I've been calling for two days now and they WILL NOT answer the phone! I was so livid! I paid $9.00 for plain ice cream basically. I was really craving that banana split and went to two location all for me not to actual receive a banana split! Simply answering the phone would have solved everything but nope....that store/manager does not care! I called cooperate but due to it being the weekend they aren't open. No worries, I'll call first thing in the morning!!! It is very unprofessional of them not to answer their phone. I am highly upset. I never liked baskin robins, I was always a Dairy Queen type of girl. This shows me even more how Dairy Queen is so much better

We wanted to stay local so we visited this B&R. When we got there two people were waiting, apparently they had been waiting for service for 20 minutes. They left and we thought that someone would eventually come out and take our order, nope! We waited 15 minutes for someone to come out and that person never came out. This happened today 12/31/22 at 5ish...

I ordered three items for delivery and they not only got every single item wrong, but they didn't answer my phone the 5+ times that I tried calling. I've literally never had this kind of experience ordering food ever.

Worst ice cream store experience ever. It's in a Dunkin Donuts store. Personnel were essentially incompetent. Took forever to place order, couldn't follow simple directions, got charged for 2 orders but only got 1 order of ice cream. Store was dirty and if it weren't for 2 cops in the store, would have felt unsafe.

What’s the point of going out for ice cream if you get kicked out of the lobby? They also charged me $1 for a cup of tap water. What inept and out-of-touch management. It was a very good milkshake though! That’s why it gets 2 stars and not 1.

They have a nice selection of ice cream flavors. It is located with Dunkin Donuts so we stopped here for a quick bite of donuts, coffee and ice cream. Service was nice and friendly.
It's a bit run down and needs remoded or updated. The staff made it feel as though I taking and and making the milkshakes we ordered was sons type of inconvenience.

This place used to be better but the lasts few times I’ve gone here at certain times, items which used to be on their menu were now excluded from their menu. They don’t sell malts anymore or have malted powder mix to make a customer a malted drink as opposed to a shake. Several times while going into this location, I wasn’t able to buy a Strawberry Smoothie (THEY WERE OUT) and today going in there I was served a small cup of vanilla yogurt ice cream, lots of ice and no Strawberry juice. I had to wait until my drink was fully melted before I could drink the thing. The cashiers are always nice and the services is quick but the lack of availability for these two items I find to be a bit problematic. They are still available on the menu and the restocking process is a must if you are planning to keep these items on the menu.Yeah, remodeling could help them a bit and there is a lot of beggars in front of the store.
