Ordered through Uber eats for pick-up. Came here when it was ready still had to wait because it actually wasn’t ready.It’s a Saturday. One staff member on duty? Wow. Anyway to add insult to injury. No sauce in the bag (I asked for this in advance) and food was cold (ironic right because you would think waiting for something to be ready would result in warm food) - the worker was also not very nice but that’s to be expected right?This was a cheat day meal. I ordered the Ultimate Platter, which was fine, but if you don't look at your receipt, you should. The platter costs $5.09, but they added $.29 as a surcharge for the sausage that comes with it. That's not good at all, especially in a low income area. I wonder what'll be next. I'll continue to go to the BK - for the time being. Of course, McDonald's is expensive too. Just pay attention to your receipts. They're pulling the sneaky weaky on us!!!!

Horrible service. I waited 20mins for a plain burger and onion ring. They didn’t acknowledged me till I said something. Then they lost my order ticket, so I had to wait until they put another batch of onion rings in the frier to cook. Never again!!! This is another reason why I stopped supporting this particular establishment. DO BETTER
