While the food was enjoyable and the counter staff were very nice, our lunch kept being interrupted by these super loud crash-type sounds. Turns out the store Manager was throwing knives, spatulas, and a couple large hunks of meat at the staff—just chucking the items all over the store. When we questioned him about it, he told us “that’s what he does”, and we should “shut up”. No one in our office will be back—happy to give our money to other West Loop sandwich shops that appreciate their customers.

I discovered Capriotti's Sandwich Shop while in Fulton Market District after visiting Shake Shack; searching what restaurants were near on Yelp before leaving the area. Shout out to fellow Yelper - Anthony M, who shared pictures of their turkey sandwich known as the Bobbie which is made with your typical Thanksgiving dinner toppings. From there, after discovering it I instantly bookmarked the restaurant with a desire to visit soon.

On Uber eats they charge for the choice of sandwich which ranges from 6 to 10 dollars and on top charges extra for the size so a large sandwich can cost you about 24 and 30 dollars with delivery fee and everything else included. Ridiculous!

I still think of the sandwich I ate here while I was on a business trip. Hands down the best. A must try in Chicago.

The best sandwich I have ever had. We had multiple times in a week in Utah recently. My wife searched and found 2 locations in Chicago. Yay! Best sammich is the Bobbie!

I'm SHOOK at my most recent experience here. I order here ALL the time. I love it their food. I get the same thing every single time. That being said...this time: I ordered online and then called to ask for the sandwich hot (which I always do). The person I talked to was SO rude and claimed he doubts I do that every time because he's there every day. THEN hangs up on me. So naturally, I called back. I asked to speak to the manager. Well, it was the manager who hung up on me (who hurt you?). He was again rude af. Hung up on me again. It's funny because I saw another review about a manager who hung up on them a month ago. Seems to be a theme. Worst customer service I've had in a long time. I hope someone above him (even though he claims there's no one above him) does something about him.

Thanksgiving erryday! Turkey sub is the best.

Mostly bread. $13.65 for a small drink and sandwich. They put a little coleslaw on the sandwich. So edgy ! Not worth it. Clean place though, I'll say that.

Horrible horrible horrible!!! We've been a supporter of this place since it opened until today. We received the wrong delivery order and when we called the person who answered was rude, refused to listen to us, and hung up on us several times. They also said they were the manager which was surprising as I've never met a manager who responded so rudely. They were also doing something sketchy as the receipt they sent with the order had a $8 difference from what we paid through he delivery service. In addition they didn't even do the order correctly. Will never order from here again and will tell all others never to support this company again.

Literally my favorite sandwich place in the city of Chicago. A coworker of mine told me about them and ever since I've been hooked... I've already earned about $20 in free food rewards

The Capastrami was one of the ten best sandwiches I've ever had!
