This little Puerto Rican/Latin mix restaurant surprised me. For some reason I assumed it was just a trendy foodie place but the food was very good. The pastelón and the mofongos were great. I'd go again.

Food was excellent and worth the long wait. At other places, I have bad experiences ordering things I don't understand. But not here! Next time I'll be more adventurous. The best vegan brunch you will ever experience in Chicago! I been cooking for 10+ years and believe when I say this spot has really outdid them selves! Flavor perfectly with unique tasty dishes! The vegan steak was cooked perfectly, the texture was on point. I would’ve brought the entire menu if I could. The stuffed French toast is even yummy to non vegan eaters. You won’t be disappointed. Great portion sizes too!

this place was so delicious!! We started with the fried sweet plantains dish vegan style and it was out of this world!!! exactly what I needed. for my main i got the jibarito dinner with jackfruit and it was sooo good. will definitely be back!Vegetarian options: Most dishes you can make vegan which was so awesome! There were so many options it was hard to pick!

Very very yummy latin fusion food.The small space the restaurant occupies feels intimate and lends to the specific charm of the restaurant. The waiters were very polite and provided great service.The main draw to this place would however be the absolutely delicious Latino food. This place offers a lot of great vegan options, that are actually pretty yummy. I am not vegan, in fact I love meat and animal products but some of the vegan options here are very delicious even as a meat eater.I reccomend the mofongo, super filling and delicious plantain with great tasting pork.The coconut flan was also to die for.10/10 would reccomend if you want tk try some great traditional Puerto rican food.Dietary restrictions: Great for vegans

Delicious brunch options. Nice natural lighting. Limited seating and no reservations so expect a potential wait! We waited 20 minutes on a Sunday afternoon. Service was a bit slow, but the food itself made up for it. Would come back to try other dishes!

Went for brunch and it was sooo good and tasty. All of their items on the menu are available vegetarian or vegan style which is always refreshing to see.
The food here was soooo so good. My husband and I can’t stop talking about it. Everything was perfectly seasoned and balanced, fresh and delicious. The decor was cute and the waiter was friendly and gave lots of good recommendations. So many interesting and delicious vegan/vegetarian options but the meat and seafood was so good too.

A cute, intimate spot in the neighborhood. Not huge inside but it's a good size. Can be quite busy at dinner time. Service is fairly quick. The food is delicious (like everything). The staff is nice. Definitely a place worth visiting for a different type in Latin food.
