I came here a few times around 2022. The burgers were good and for a good price. They have unbeatable coupons in local flyers and also cheap deals in the app. It's takeout only.

I pulled up and asked for 2 $5 meal deals. Now they asked me what type of burgers i wanted and the options they gave me was different from what I’m used to because i always get it in my way to work and i asked to speak to an agent because the AI they have can’t do anything besides order. So i spoke with one of the ladies and told her $5 meal deal and she asked what burgers and then i asked her did the burgers change because i was confused then she said I’m trying to make sure you paying for the right thing and i ask her before we continue can you please answer my question first and she said i did already and then i said you didn’t and tried asking it again and she proceeded with saying that i can have a nice day that she isn’t taking my order. So i sat there till someone did and another lady came about 20 minutes later asking me to leave and i said not till someone take my order because i didn’t do anything wrong other than ask a question and then the lady said i did i disrespect her but i wasn’t talking to her was talking to the First Lady and she disrespected me first by saying she not taking my order. Then she said well you were talking to an AI system no i wasn’t because i asked the AI system to let me speak to an agent and that’s exactly what it did. The AI not gone reject your order. Then the lady threaten me and said she will call police and i still didn’t care because I’ve done nothing wrong. So i sat there for 2hrs waiting on police because i refused to leave the line till came.

Waited 20 minutes with another 6 customers. They couldn't be bothered to even take any of our orders. Drive thru was the priority. We all had to leave to go to catch our train or buses. This was the 4th time this had happened to me. I won't even try again. I'll walk the 5 minutes up the street to the McDonalds.
