This location has been slowly going downhill and has officially hit bottom. I'm normally ok with an issue here and there, but this app order was messed up beyond reason. I didn't ask for any sour cream... and they basically gave me a bowl that's drowning in sour cream. My pick up time wasn't even during a busy time (11 am). I have nothing against sour cream but this is disgusting... And all of this ignoring that I picked chicken al pastor and they gave me regular chicken.

This is the most efficient chipotle I’ve ever been to in my life! The employees have a system down during lunch rush hour and fill their bowls to the top. Everyone who works here deserves a raise.

Man, I've been on a Chipotle spree like never before, and this spot? It's been my rock. I'm all about that Chipotle App life, and every time, my order's good to go exactly when they say it is.Started off just doing burrito bowls, but now I've fully embraced the burrito life. And when I'm not feeling like a feast, I roll with a custom taco – my "baby burrito" hack, if you will. This place is a perpetual hustle, like always buzzing with people. Weirdly enough, that's the secret sauce – all that crowd means the meat's always crazy fresh. Who knew busy could be a good thing?Long story short, Chipotle is on the agenda for tomorrow again. Easy ordering, a menu that's my style, and freshness that keeps me coming back. They've got the casual food game down pat.

The "manager" mouthed stupid bitch to me after I asked for a cup of water after I paid. She herself I am sure is a genius considering that thats how she acts towards costumers as a "manager" at a fast food location. She is a red head about 5'2 working next to the girl handling the register. Has a nose piercing. She did this January 10th 2024 for the lunch shift. Just wanna make sure you get the right person. If you are an immature ratchett hood booger you have no business handling such a busy location as a "manager".

Food is nice. It's costly. Chipotle is no more affordable food.

They gave me the wrong order. When I reached out through the app for a refund, the automated bot decided to give me a free drink. I don't want a free drink....I wanted the food I ordered. Basically paid $14 for a drink.

Yesterday my mom saw one of the workers (a guy)dig deep in his nose and then begin to wipe the counter and touch things. The workers were laughing at mom for whatever reason but she was witnessing something very disturbing. She ended up not eating there after not seeing that. Thought people should know this!!!

Found a hair in my burrito bowl. Lunch time rush sucks but so does this. Location needs more support, it was only 11ish and they looked like they've already been through it.

if you want half of your burrito squished out while they wrap it, then by all means visit this store, i haven’t had a single stable burrito.

One of the more disappointing locations in Chicago. I understand it gets busy, but they completely disregard hygiene and cleanliness in hopes of fast service. Once you get to the toppings area you will second guess your decision to eat here. Portion sizes are incredibly small as other people have mentioned. Makes you wish dos toros was still open in Chicago.
