This place is absolutely phenomenal and is HEAVEN for anyone with Celiac. My FAVORITES are the London Fog Cookies and the Nutella Sandwich Cookies. The Carrot Cake is also delicious.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free bakery.

Update: their pastries, cookies and cakes have gotten so good, I honestly couldn't tell they're gluten free anymore. They could improve on their communication a little, as they take quite some time to get back to emails, but if you order in time you won't be disappointed!Original: Rude, expensive and not that good.

Not even gluten free but it’s outstanding, one of the best bakeries in town. I cannot begin to discuss how delicious the butter bar is.

I went to Defloured for our wedding cake and dessert table and I could not have asked for a better experience. Kelly was professional and timely in her responses and was really wonderful to work with. It was everything we asked for, and more. Guests RAVED about every single dessert and we look forward to continuing to patron Defloured.

I was parking and saw a crowd of people hovering around a storefront like they were waiting for doors to open for the Nordstrom Semi Annual Sale! Thus, I had to walk over and see what all the fuss was about. Tons of people were waiting outside in the cold for pastries. I looked at the menu on the window and noticed all the pastries are gluten free and they have a large selection of vegan options! There were so many vegan options that I bared the cold trying to make a decision. I settled on the vegan brownie. The staff were all friendly and processed orders quickly. While walking, I tasted a piece of the vegan brownie. It was simply, AMAZING! I can’t wait to go back and try other vegan pastry options.

Offer a free unique "burglar" cookie with $20 donation. I was saddened to learn of the break in. The community will support you - so turn the event into a fundraiser to pay for repairs. Ps. Oatmeal pie cookie is fantastic.

Picked up some cakes for my birthday, cakes were delicious but all the frosting was too sweet for even my sweet loving kids. Ordering at the storefront is awkward especially when it is cold, would be better with an area to order inside or a big window/screens to view options.

I don't mean to disparage, but almost everything we tried on our first visit was very disappointing. The Mexican hot chocolate brownie tasted as if it has red hot tamale candies baked into it. Scones tasted like plain biscuits, not to say they were bad but certainly not scone like. And the sticky toffee pudding had a very strange taste that is hard to place, I can only describe it as tasting like plastic.
