Damenzo's have to be my first stop whenever I arrive in Chicago! I ordered the same thing every time and that's the cheesy beef ,super soaked, with hot peppers and don't forget to change the bread to garlic bread! You'll thank me later!!??

I grew up having dinner at this same restaurant. I raised my four Children at this same place. You can still buy a couple of meals and feed your whole family. Really came in handy during tight times. Not I'm treating my Grandchildren .

I got a Italian beef which straight trash literally the beef was tasteless and it didn't seem like it went into the oven at all.looks like something they rush to put together..I had a slice of cheese pizza as well a few weeks back nasty no taste what so ever.The flavor isn't there for me anymore.

Italian beef quality is poor. Ive been going to this place for over 20 years. They used to have the best jumbo cheesy beef. Better than Portillos, Mr Beef, Buona, Johnny's, etc. Not anymore. They use a very cheap grade of beef now. Not flavorful, big pieces of fat! Even if you get it on garlic bread, hardly any flavor! Im done with it after trying it again to confirm. So sad.
