First let me be clear I have eaten a ton of different pizzas. This pizza slaps (delicious). I would not call it Chicago tavern style it’s too thick for that. It is similar to Positano’s pizza on 55th St but this pizza is super fresh!

Damenzo's have to be my first stop whenever I arrive in Chicago! I ordered the same thing every time and that's the cheesy beef ,super soaked, with hot peppers and don't forget to change the bread to garlic bread! You'll thank me later!!??

I'm giving 3 stars bcus it could just b me, but the pizza has gotten a bit smaller... My son goes often... I'm not a big fan, but the slice wasn't the same or as fresh from when I 1st had it.
