Always a bad experience. Last two orders I've made were canceled by them - after I called to see where my pizza was at. I never got my money refunded like they said it would be. Love dominoes but won't order ever again because this is the location that serves my home.

Please be the light, example to raise the stars for this Domino's store. Is a 2 stars (used to be 1) cuz I'm still hurt by the recent past, poor service this Domino's had. Take it as a 4 stars for Edward and 2 stars for Domino's. ✌

I've been trying to place an order for 2 days. Website not accepting orders n no one answers the phone. Forget horrible service, what about no service!! Wont waste my time anymore. Prefer pizza hut anyway!!

Zero.... never order from Dominos ever again. This was the first time ordering from them and will be the last. 2hours after the order placed, app showing pizza got delivered. It was not delivered to us. We were looking out the window with two hungry kids. The delivery driver never come to knock the door or ring the bell. He claimed that he called one time. My husband was on a work call, so missed it. The driver just couldn't call again or just walk to our door 10 feet away???? When we called back to the store, the manager said they canceled our order and couldn't do anything. Why can't the store follow up if the driver couldn't deliver a order?Bad customer service. Unacceptable. Do not order from them. Never ever

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Driver called me to come down and get my order and left before I got down the elevator. Ignored my calls until the store closed. Couldn't call the store because the number kept hanging up on me so I kept calling the driver. 30 minutes later she picked up to tell me my order was cancelled and I'm credited the amount, cussed at me, and hung up on me. Today tried calling the store just to remain on hold for 10 minutes. After giving up on the store, tried to call corporate, where I also remain on the hold now for 16 minutes and it's telling me I'm in spot number 8... Sad that I can write this whole review while being on hold to talk to someone. By far worst customer service on the corporate side as well as the workers in store. Will NOT be giving this store any more service.

I placed an order via app today for pick up. I went at the store and there was this employee working there at that time. Stoned expressionless with no greeting and worst quality customer service. As the payment couldn't be processed due to some fault in their computer, she just took my pizza inside, started making other orders and ignored me like I didn't exist !!!

This is by far the worst Dominos in existence. I placed my order online and called to make an adjustment, I was on hold for 45 minutes and still no answer. I sent my girlfriend an uber THERE AND BACK to the get the pizza so we can add $12 to my order. When she got inside and asked to speak with the manager they said their phones were off, then when I called again she heard the phone ring. The manager was disgusting, smelly and rude and kept repeating “What do you want me to do about it?†I will be filing a report with the Better Business Burreau because this is ridiculous.

This dominos probably has some of the worse service in the city. Normally when I order for delivery I get several marinara sauces or ranch sauces and things like that for my sides or deserts but they NEVER REACH ME. Not to mention they're not free. I always ask for well done and majority of the time it looks like it's barely even cooked. But I ordered last night from them and I got my extra sauces but I didn't get my entire order until 3 hours after it's delivered. I called maybe 40 min after my order was placed because the app was saying that it was done and they confirmed and stated that it will be sent out. I called back over 40 min later for them to tell me it's now a 2 hour wait on deliveries and my order actually wasn't even in the oven yet. I still waited. A manger then called back AN HOUR LATER to ask me can I come and get my order because all of his drivers had went home. I said No! That's the reason why I asked for a delivery because I am unable to come and get my food. They ensured me that it will get to me. I waited, again. For an additional 40 MINUTES and it was delivered. They also stated that it will be free and they'll reverse the charge on my bank card, of course it wasn't. And EVERYTIME I'VE HAD TO CALL IT WAS AT LEAST A 15 MINUTE HOLD ON TIME. This location's customer service is horrible EVERY SINGLE TIME! At this point I'll rather drive to Hyde Park's location for better service.
This is the only place open late around here for a quick pizza. I had pizza several times here. Usually i do an online order and go pick it up. I can say this is more of a To go place. The staff were really good. There were cases when i went in to pick up at the closing time and the staff were still patient to take another order. I will continue ordering at this place.

The pizza and other foods here are great. As for the delivery part I can't say the same. My driver name was kenneth and he was very unprofessional and rude. What the f*** does delivery mean???? I gues it mean i gotta walk my as the driver's car to get my food "delivered". But that's exactly what my driver told me that I have to come to the car to get my food. Mind he stood at his car for 5minutes before I decided to walk outside my apartment complex to see what would have. I get better service using g grubhub or door dash to get my food. Need tthem to teach their driversthe definition of delivery.

I've ordered from this dominos a dozen times over the past year and they've only caused me problems once. The delivery guy mixed up the order, but I called and they offered me a solution in a timely manner. 10/10 would eat again.

I placed an order on 9/22 for pizza, coke and side salad for delivery. When the driver arrived the salad was not with the order. He stated he would come back with the salad. I then called the store to inform them of the error and an extremely rude and unprofessional woman answered. She acted as if it was my fault.
