I came to this dunkin to buy an ice cream cake for my nephews 9th birthday, when we tried it the ice cream was all old and had a nasty taste I would never buy anything from this dunkin again. This is really upsetting since it was an important day for my nephew!

I’ve been coming to this Dunkin for about 5+ years now. Every time I go in the evening for my coffee after work, Karen makes sure it’s hot and fresh. I wish she could work there whole week! She always greets and tells me whenever they have a new product out to try. Hands down, she’s the best employee thus far.

I wish I could leave a 0 star. My friend is allergic to milk and we ordered them an oat milk cold brew. We tried their drink for them and there not only was there regular milk in there, it wasn’t even cold brew. I asked nicely for them to make it right and the lady who talked to us had the nastiest attitude. She mocked my friend saying and said she didn’t put any milk in there. My friend is extremely allergic and their allergy senses were popping off the moment the drink was even near them. the lady then decided to throw the drink into the trash without saying anything and ended remaking it. The drink she handed us was extremely watered down and smelled like cigarettes ash. When we tasted it, it tasted like dirty rags marinated in old stale water.

They have the friendliest staff. I actually go out of my way to get my coffee from them. Its worth it! They get the orders correct and they are kind!

I needed the restroom to wash my hands before eating, and the employees said that is not in use. How is possible that a place like this a restroom is not available for months? I don't go to places like this, because I can't imagine the hygiene of this place to provide a good service.
