The service has always been abrupt and rude sometimes which is why it is better to buy the food to go.A simple caramel coffee and plain bagel has always been the best breakfast to go. The ice cream choices are great, however as stated earlier, the rude service can be disappointing when you try to request different choices of ice cream when ordering a milk shake and they don't want to hear what you have to say.The price makes it more acceptable than a Starbucks, even though their customer service is a little better. The coffee and breakfast food is still acceptable.

This place is horrible. The crew workers are extremely rude and disgusting. They poured half a gallon of milk into my coffee as opposed to the 2x crème I asked for. The coffee was so water down, you might as well drink a glass of water for breakfast. Then I have watched the crew worker drop the coffee lid on the floor, thinking nobody was watching, and put it on my coffee cup. When confronting the workers, the Arab workers had an attitude and was rude. I will never return to this location even though it’s the closest to my apartment.

The employee working that shift are extremely rude to customers and the lacked basic hygiene and were not wearing gloves. I came with a friend to order two milk shakes. My friend ordered one and I was not sure what flavor to get I ask to try two flavor and I was denied. He insisted that I could try only one. So my friend asked to try the other flavor since it was one flavor per person. But she was also denied.We walked out and left first shake even though they were already working on it. Because of the rude attitude of the employee. It is not like we were there only to try and not order. We already ordered one and we were about to order the second.The other employee working that shift just looked as the situation happened. I really hope that their employment is reconsidered since they lack any customer service skills.

Every time I come here the old rude man always got an attitude. He doesn't even wear gloves. This is a complete mess, they don't have donuts after 9pm. What are they 24hrs for??? This needs to be shut down or new employees asap!
The foyer stinks and they will give you what they want, not always what you order. Triple check before leaving.

The turkey sausage is artificial meat. Missing leading description on sandwich: sausage (not meat); egg (pay extra $1.87); cheese (some type of spread); no options for condiments. Get what they send or none at all. Expensive for artificial food.
