My gf and I ordered from here yesterday and ended up getting violently ill ?. We ordered a Bacon, Egg and Cheese and a Sausage, Egg and Cheese on croissant with a Chai Latte and Coffee. Stay away unless you want to get food poisoning!

It is 6:37pm and I was told the store was closing when it says 10pm online. The person at the counter was rude when placing my order overall I felt like I was kicked out of the restaurant when it’s supposed to close at 10

This is my regular Dunkin’ I go to everyday for my coffee and I’m so surprised for the last week and a half I will order my coffee online thru the mobile app and when I get my coffee it is not filled up all the way it’s sad because I never complain and I kno some girls do work hard but I hope they get it together and start filling up my coffee all the way or I’m have to go to another Dunkin

Women working at the front counter intentionally ignored me for about 4 minutes although there was no one else in line and the store was nearly empty. One then finally barked "what do you want?" after I made eye contact with her. I'm embarrassed for them; acting like total clowns.

Everything in my $40 order was either missing or the wrong thing entirely.I was charged for goods that I did not receive. I am tempted to report to the BBB for fraudulent business activity.

Can't use restrooms, even if you are a paying customer. The customer can only enter the restaurant from the back parking lot. The front door entryway is always locked.... very non customer service friendly environment.
