I went through the drive-thru. I've never had issues with this place but this most recent visit, the employee handed me the coffee and the lid was not on all the way. The lid popped, and I got hot coffee on my hand and inside my car. It was really hot. Although the employee handed me some napkins , they never really acknowledged their mistake and I guess that's what really annoyed me. Today's workforce is really lacking.

AMAZING service all in all 10/10. The crew always gets my orders right and they do it quickly too. Morning crew and afternoon crew are the best, always friendly and kind to everyone that goes there. I am not sure if these other people have the right dunkin because for real they are THE BEST. I will never go to another dunkin unless its this one trust me.

It never fails this is by far worst Dunkin Donuts that I entered the only reason I go here because of convenience on the way to my destination the staff Omg always rude.. there could be one or three people in there but there could be three to five people behind the counter and they make you wait the longest time today there was no one in there and I could the guy looked at me three times and still walked away he didn't say give me a second he didn't say I'll be right with you he stood he then disappeared he didn't show back up he never took my order that is the uttermost worst customer service I have ever dealt with PS it takes a lot a whole lot for me to to get upset and decide to have to write a review and to give a poor one at that because no company is perfect don't get me wrong it can never be 100%, but this place whether it's morning whether it's afternoon or whether it's evening like now today June 20th 2023 5:35 p.m. service is always poor , and orders are always wrong even after having to wait forever. There was no line, no other people in there, what was the reason this has me livid.

1/2 block away so super convenient. If you use app to preorder make sure you check food BEFORE you leave to make sure they got it right

Seems like a cult. Every employee religiously wears a mask even improperly just to wear one. Even after three years of "the pandemic ". If they notice you are not "one of them" your order whatever it may be will taste like trash. The tall gangly white dude and his gf working drive thru are the worst ever.

The most stupid attendant, I place my order via app 10 minutes away, when I stoo the guy ask my what was on my order and wasn't ready, I lost my 1 large coffee and 2 Boston cream, I have to run and they don't help.
