Horrible service. Got one girl working. Ordered macchiato and she gave me a latte. I said this is not a macchiato she said I just mixed it. If I wanted a latte I would of ordered a latte. She did it over and there was a bunch of black stuff floating in my coffee. I asked for a refund and she ignored me took everyone's order and made me wait 10 minutes before giving me a refund. Never again. What a shame on dunkin donuts.
I visited this Dunkin Donuts location randomly to see what my taste buds would crave. With the whole pumpkin spice rave going on during the fall months; the donut instantly caught my eye and it looked similar to an old fashioned plain glazed donut, which is what my taste buds craved. My visit was in the evening, but I have driven passed during the day-time to grocery shop at Aldi, which sits in the same sector. Love this place cashiers are always nice. I go there everyday they deal with a lot of crazy and rude customers but they keep their cool. They are fast and have great customer service. Love how they make my caramel ice macchiato tastes perfect every time .
