This little drop in place is like a family with their employees. It’s been interesting to watch their dynamic. I needed food (conference I was leaving didn’t service breakfast and needed something before the flight). I was so excited until I saw the sandwiches are already premade in a fridge and then heated in a microwave (I’m talking veggies and all). It was ok to eat though. I was starving at that point. However, great service and atmosphere. If you just want drinks or premade sandwiches do t bother you this is a great stop on your travels.

Food was nice but waiting for to go order a snarky employee spoke to me under her breath about where I was sitting and walked away. Not nice service to a paying customer who is waiting on their food..
Bartender Tony is the real deal. Never find an actual good bartender at an airport. Awesome..
This was a chicken parmesan sandwhich panini. Pretty tasteless. Looks kind of like a tuna sandwhich rather than chicken parmesan. Cost was $16 something and 18 after tax. Came with mayo and mustard packages.

My flatbread tasted like it was microwaved. Beer was 15 dollars before tip. Bartender was on his phone half the time. I recommend Chilis over this.

Food was quick, pretty decent, and staff were friendly. That's about all I can for at an airport restaurant.
Prices are about what I'd expect at an airport. If this is your gate, it's as decent a spot as any to get a beer while you wait.

This place is filthy. They didn’t even have salt; pepper, yes but no salt.

Don’t waste your time. They were out of all their own beer. My girlfriend’s Chicago hotdog was terrible. I ordered the chicken parm panini. The brought me a turkey sandwich….they were out of the chicken parm, but didn’t tell us. After 30 minutes, they just substituted a turkey sandwich without ever telling us. Just brought the wrong sandwich unapologetically and threw it on the table.
Jr., our waiter was one of the worst servers I have ever had.

Waited 20 minutes just to buy a salad from their to go stand. Flagged someone down, he flagged another down, that guy walked to the register, then started ringing up other people's transactions.

I went here during my layover Monday morning (4/28/25). I sat down at the bar, ordered breakfast and a drink. Breakfast was good priced for O'Hare (3 pancakes and bacon for $13.50 I believe it was, and $11.50 for a beer on tap, which was a very big size for the price for O'Hare).
The part of this I want to highlight is the bartender Anna. She was very nice when I sat down, shortly after a guy came in, he was a little talkative, and a bit intoxicated, but was fully fine and functional nonetheless. She got him his drink, he drank it, and at that point was too intoxicated. Anna cut him off very nicely, and he was very annoyed by this (not rude though), but was very insistent he was fine and should be served.
Anna handled the difficult very well, and her patience was amazing considering how difficult he was being.
I was at the bar for about two hours and talked with Anna the whole time when she wasn't serving another customer. She was one of the kindest and sweetest people I've met.
I highly recommend this spot due to the tasty food and drinks, and especially the great service experience I had with Anna!

Sat down at 630 AM and the bartender mumbles something to us, and gets upset when we don't hear him. Weird way to greet customers. He then asks what we want to drink and since we were not looking to drink beer at 630 AM, we asked if they had coffee. He told us to go to Starbucks for that. Then when we said we needed more time to look at the menu he gave us a judgemental and annoyed look. We left and at a delicious ham, egg, and cheese sandwich at La Tapenade a few feet away.

Extremely rude and abrasive staff member. Don’t patron this place. Who needs that kind of attitude.

Good place to get beer/drinks right next to several gates, but food is not the best, suggest going to the other location. Posted most recent menu

Breakfast burger was nasty. Tasted like the grill. Hadn't been clean properly. Old oil taste and such. Employee comes in sick hangs out in the kitchen. Yeah ruined my meal left as fast as I could
