I came for the comments looking for the closest authentic Harold's outside of the Loop. You all see nonchalant customer service and I see that's the place I want to go because I came for the food. I'm not tipping for service anyways.

I ordered 4pc fried hard with salt & pepper and extra Hot & Mild sauce over everything. The wings were Not fried hard, was No Hot sauce and mild sauce was light and Watered Down. I was intown for work on break, so i was disappointed. I couldn't take it back till after i get off.

The girl at the counter has a nasty attitude as if coming in is bothering her. The first person that your meet at the counter should be more inviting I walked out because I’m not giving my money to someone with a nasty attitude as if I’m not the customer get better counter people.

I called in an order for pick up while at work. Was told ready in 20. Got there in 30. *They Dont start cooking your oreder until You get there**. Waited another 20minutes to get food. I het written up at work. Never again ordering from here

Poor service!!! I used my lunch break to come here and I’m standing outside at 11:06 am because the doors are still locked. It clearly states on the door that they open at 11am!!! Maybe they just open whenever they feel like!!!!

Food is amazing, service is super slow. The ladies behind the counter have no sense of urgency, not a care in the world. Waited over an hour, as people kept coming in she would tell them that the wait is only 20 minutes. She would ask customers to speak up when ordering, but when she called the numbers she would whisper. Management needs to do better.

Listen I dont know who the new night time crew is but they are excellent the two young ladies taking tge orders smiled and was very respectful the cook iwas on point food was well prepared and for the first time in a long time my order was handed to me within minutes it was so quick thought I had the wrong order and let me say again the food was cooked well to the owner plz pay them well they seem as if they want to be there they not angry and no nasty attitudes like the others ty July 30th 2025 definitely a good day.
