1. The food here is terrific! 2. You can NOT call them. Their voicemail box is always full. And when you CAN leave a message for them (an order) they never call you back 3. You can NOT order on-line. They don't offer that option. 4. They do NOT deliver. So unless you actually go there to eat, you're totally out of luck. I love their food but they are NOT customer centric at all. I'll go to Joy Yee from now on.

They have really good food BUT I never know if they are open or closed. Yesterday ,Friday, I tried to order through Grub Hub (couldn't find it on their site). DoorDash(Jade was an option on their site,) but then wasnt able to complete the order. Then I called them to order directly, and the message said you can't leave a message and "please hang up". No place is worth all that effort. Will order from Joy Yee Noodle from now on. Also, their restaurant is located in a spot where there is NO parking! Just not worth it.

I went here with my HS bestie to have dinner. I had the salt and pepper shrimp. My friend had the chicken Kung pao and for appetizer we chose the shrimp lettuce wraps. Everything was good. I will return if I'm in the area again.

This is our go to Chinese restaurant in Chicago. Great for big groups and small groups alike. It has parking and delicious food. What more can you ask for?

I had my daughter's rehearsal dinner here for 90 people. The food was a little slow coming out at first but right after the appetizers, everything came out very quickly. The food was great, portions were very generous. I worked with Carol to book my event, she was wonderful to work with. I gave her my ideas and she put together an awesome menu that the guest enjoyed. I highly recommend this restaurant.

They have some excellent dishes. Seafood is fresh. However, the quality of the rest is up and down. Service is also lacking. Could be top notch with a professional wait staff. Need to ask for specials because the server won't tell you what they are.
