Food is amazing- but the customer service is rude and unprofessional. They close the kitchen whenever they feel like it because I've called multiple times to place an order right before closing time (10 pm) and then recently was told at 9:25 pm that the kitchen has closed. Make it make sense. They also do not pick up the phone.

The food here was amazing!! My family and I ate here for Father's Day and were seated immediately upon arrival. The staff was kind and accommodating, letting me know what I could and couldn't eat with my gluten intolerance. My family definitely intends to visit again, and have told everyone we know to eat here.

The food was really good. Everything I tasted I liked, the mala kofta, taddka dal, garlic Naan, veg samosas, cashew curry. The sweet and green chutney, the riaita (sweet variety) was Really good. Food was superb, 4.7/5 (especially with Indian restaurants which can be hit or miss). The issues were with the details in service and other accompanying aspects of the restaurant. They only had 1 booster chair and we needed two. They didn't bring out the requested chopped onions on time and some in my party had to keep asking for things. Don't get me wrong, the waitress and bus boy were very nice (bus boy well attentive), but they missed things here and there. Also their website is not up to date, which doesn't reflect well on the establishment. The decor is very good. We put additional tip on included gratuity for large party so we were happy. However if they fix the "supporting cast" of the restaurant (aspects of service, fix the website) they'll be a close 5/5. Last time I went was when they were located across the street on the south side of Randolph, I did not like the experience or food back then.. much much better now.

Good food but so under staffed. We waited a while to get seated. We waited to get our menus. We wanted to order seconds but decided it wasn’t worth it as no one acknowledged us, we also waited a while to get to go container, and we waited to get our bill. Maybe order take out instead of dining in.

We had a wonderful experience! As a starter, we shared an appetizer platter - with generous servings of a variety of items. For our entrees, we enjoyed Tandoori Chicken & Lamb Paranda - both were delectable. The Lassi (our dessert) was wonderful- tasting like a liquid cheesecake. We truly look forward to returning soon!

Horrible (lack of) delivery experience.. Ordered delivery, which was supposed to be provided by a driver directly from the restaurant.. Originally gave me a pretty short delivery window, which I appreciated since I don't live that far from the restaurant. I called the restaurant after I didn't get a delivery in the provided window and was told the food just went out the door with the driver.. No big deal I assume.. Half an hour later, still no food so I called the restaurant- they said the order was already with the delivery driver and that it should be only a few more minutes until the order arrives.. Still not a real issue for me yet.. One hour later (over 90 minutes after I placed the order), still no food.. I try to call the restaurant, but everyone's apparently busy and I can't get in touch with anyone.. Then (over 2 hours later), I finally drive to the restaurant. When I show up they excitedly try to give me my 'delivery' order (again over two hours late). Clearly, both people I talked to on the phone were mistaken and my order never even made it out the door to be delivered. What a joke.. This place really needs to work on their customer service - there are plenty of other places (like Rooh next door to them) that would be more than happy to have the business. I would understand if this was a separate delivery service, but this is their own delivery team so they really should take responsibility so others don't have a similar experience..

We ordered 3 entrees between 4 people and it was the perfect amount of food. The dal makhani, paneer makhani, and malai kofta are highly recommended. They have a rich and creamy texture and the right amount of flavor and spice. All 3 had their own unique taste! The garlic naan and the bullet naan were perfectly cooked and had a nice crispness. The service was kinda slow and that's why I give it 4 stars. The restaurant only had 3-4 parties seated and there was enough staff but they were not attending often enough and just talking amongst themselves usually.

Pathetic! Can't even rate this restaurant and food, giving 1 star so I can post Review. Ordered online for delivery and food was horrible. Doesnt deserve rating, just wanted to post review so others benefit from it by not ordering through this restaurant! On top of food being horrible, it was delivered after 2 hours!!!

Did this as carry out and WOW! So happy they were able to open back up. I got the chicken tikki masala, lamb vindaloo and cheese + garlic naan. Couldn't go wrong!

Something happened to the food here post covid. It used to be so much better before, but it's quite bland now!

Ok, let's get started ... To be completely we weren't even trying to eat at this spot. We ( my guy and I )initially went to ROOH the indian spot right next door but since we didn't have a reservation we stroll down a block while we waited to hear from ROOH but we were so hungry we just ended up at JAIPUR. We were seated right away which was a plus. We browse through the menu and decided to go with ... - Lamb Pasanda - Chicken 65 (Oh SOOO delicious) - Pani Puri (My Favorite, indian street food, bring. back MANY memories of my childhood) - Baingan Bharta (Mashed Rosted eggplant) - Masala Chass (Savory Buttermilk drink) - Tandoori Roti Ok. So the food was very delicious. We were told by our waiter that the entrees came with rice ... but they didn't so we were just sitting there waiting for our rice to start our dinner but I had ordered one roti with was 2 piece so we finished that pretty quick. Lol and then we waited some more but decided to stop a waitress who wasn't ours and requested some rice which she brought out quickly. Our waiter was all over the place, Waiting tables and bar tending. The service was average The Food was delicious Hopefully next time our experience will be much much better. Over all it was definitely a good experience.

Came in on a weekday without reservation and was seated immediately. Service was fast and pleasant. We were started off with pappadum and tamarind sweet chutney and green chutney with a slight kick. I ordered Mango lassi which was sweet and refreshing. For starts we got gobi lasuni which is garlic cauliflower. The cauliflower was fried and crispy and the sauce was garlicky, a little kick, but slightly on the tangy side. It was delicious. For main paneer makhani was ordered which is butter paneer and it was good and flavorful. I said medium spicy but it was more on the mild side. The garlic naan was huge! Definitely one person can share two, but it makes sense because the naan was $6 while everywhere else it's $3-4 usually. Great restaurant, service and food
