This was my second spot coming from somewhere that was closed and i followed the directions given on the window of the closed facility, getting to the next jerk 48 I met tanesh and I didn’t ask her how to spell it so hope I didn’t butcher it..but anyway I haven’t eaten yet but I know I’m gonna be back. Oh I got the 6 piece wing dinner cabbage Mac was gonna get some yams on a side but next time for sure

I thoroughly enjoy eating the food from Jerk 48. Their Jerk Chicken Alfredo pasta is "FYE" not fire, "FYE"!! I make it a point to go there at least once a week.Parking: Parking is in close proximity to the restaurant
The wait was kind of long but I will let it pass because they were very busy and look like some people at work was missing but they still got the job done, I ordered the jerk lamb chops and jerk chicken tacos and they were definitely delicious, I usually would have ordered on Uber eats but as busy at this location is it’s best to come get your order if you can, I definitely recommend this spot a try and I plan on coming back soon but to the newer locations only because it’s closer to me.

Ordered the chicken jerk dinner. The chicken didn't have meat on it. The red beans and rice were dry. The macaroni didn't even have cheese! So disappointing. The sweet potatoes were good. Will not return.

While in Alsip, IL, I decided to try Jerk 48. Upon entering, I noticed Early Walker and others. The place is beautiful. I looked at the menu. There wasn't a special lunch time menu. But, I still ordered from the regular menu. I received my food in a timely manner. The dark meat chicken dinner with sides was very tasty. I order a dinner during lunch time because there is no lunch menu. Although the food is very tasty, it was costly$$$!

Went to Alsip location today the place was clean and the service was fast. I was very disappointed in the chicken as it was very dry, the white and dar meat. Either the chicken was over cooked or warmed up from Saturday. I ordered 1/2 mixed dinner with cabbage, mac n cheese with a side of sweet potatoes. I don’t think I will return.

I wanted to absolutely love this place but it fell a bit short. I'd watched their page for a while on IG and though it would be something nice to take a quick road trip for. This was my 2nd trip to Jerk 48 and neither times did they have the lamb available. 2nd time trying them I decided to get the whole chicken which was a dry. The jerk sauce wasn't the best. The sides I have no complaints about! They were pretty good.
