Worst service ever, Hispanic server/bartender did not even offer if I need a drink and had to cross the bar to get a water from the bar area. The server/bartender was just lazy and it was not even busy. All the tables had water except mine .Talked to a manager and she said we do not ask customers if they want a drink. ARE YOU SERIOUS?

Last night, on Xmas Eve, my friend and I came in here right before the kitchen closed at 7. We were expecting not to be seated, but we were wrong. The staff welcomed us in, and got us a table right away . We were served great food quickly and were taken care of. Had a great experience. Thanks to everyone at Lady

Getting a table wasn't a problem, however getting someone to take your order and getting it correct well that's another story. The food is average at best and for what you pay there are many other options throughout the city that offer a better option. Was supremely disappointed for spending nearly $200 for dinner and drinks...

Four of us went here for dinner when we were visiting. When we were told there was going to be a 20-25 minute wait, I asked if they had a place for my friend to sit while we wait (he has a bad back and can't stand long). The guy at the reception immediately went and found a spare chair for my friend to use while we waited.
The rest of the staff were also very friendly and the atmosphere was fantastic.
Dinner arrived quickly and was absolutely delicious (I had the chicken pot pie).
We're already planning on going back here next time we're in town.

If you’re going to eat their food then you have to go in person. The last 3 Grubhub orders have been incorrect. The last time I ordered two orders of brussel sprouts and a chicken pot pie and was missing BOTH the brussel sprouts. This time I ordered a chop salad with no onions. The label on the container said “No Onions” yet I opening it and under the egg it’s full of chopped onions. I would have been less mad if there wasn’t a label on the outside that said “No Onions”.

I figured in no way would they believe that they could screw up 3 times in a row so I drove the order back and dropped it at the hostess and walked out. They called and offered a full refund but I don’t even want that. There’s a point where you just say keep the money and know that I’m not coming back. You have burned the bridge. I have time and again given you second and third chances and NOTHING is fixing this lack of caring. I am so glad it happened to me rather than someone with a food allergy.

Strange experience for my first time there, and not sure if I'll be going back. We sat in the library, and the venue is beautiful! It took a solid five minutes, in a fairly empty restaurant, for our server to acknowledge us. We ordered drinks, and another five minutes went by before we had water and our drinks on the table. In the meantime, two more tables were "seated" in the library. A pair of women were figuring out their placement, and one completely missed the bench and fell. Not one person working was aware of the situation, so we moved another table away to provide support. Fortunately she was ok, we helped her up, and nothing but her ego was bruised. I alerted our server, Esme I believe, to the fact that it happened and she did thank me before going away again. After another few minutes management came to check in on her, so we left it alone. Our food was served, and another long stretch to check in with us again about our meal, no drinks were refilled or asked about. Had to ask for the check, no upsell of desert or more drinks... That's just weak game, Lady Gregory. The food wasn't anything to rave about, and the service/management was oblivious to consumers and older women falling in their establishment. So, if you're thirsty or an older person trying to sit on their benches, I'm not sure this is the place for you.

Great atmosphere and food. Service is always great. Especially worth the visit during holidays because Lady G's goes all out for the decor. You'll find yourself coming back to Lady G's again and again.

They went out of their way to make sure I had a wonderful birthday!! Food was delicious & the team was warm, welcoming & so kind!

Terrific doing experience today. Food and service are amazing at Lady G's. Whiskey selection is nice too; I was disappointed that SirDavis was sold out at first but had a nice substitute. Will be back!

Food was great and so was the restaurant. The service left a little something to be desired, but I don't know how many tables are server had so that could explain the slow service. Overall I'm very happy and would go back again.
