Good bang for your buck! The building is a bit older but that is part of the charm. Staff is friendly and attentive. The bed was super comfy especially for those with bad backs. Room was clean and a bit larger than the one I stayed in the previous night but both rooms were equally as comfortable. The Bathtub was awesome for me, as I am a bit wide in the hips, and fit comfortably. The view from my room, 1703, was nice with the lake peeking through the high rises. I have booked with them but not stayed. But that's because after reading all the reviews they had in the recent past I came into conclusion that this was not going to be a pleasant stay. Nope, not going to risk it. I cancelled my reservation. Before canceling my reservation, I got on the phone with someone from the front desk. Would NOT recommend this hotel. My JBL speaker was stolen from my room after the house keeping ladies cleaned the room and I realized this after I had left. I called several times before I finally got in contact with someone and they were supposed to give me a call back and I still have not received a call and I stayed there back in June it is now November ridiculous! Also every time I call it goes straight to voicemail every time they transfer me to security.
