Mixteco Grill (North Center)

Was very pleased with my chicken tinga burrito. Will happily go there again. It was quick and easy to order and we got our food within 5 mins. It’s not much of a dine in place but there are some high tops with stools to wait or eat there if you want. It was convenient that there is a 30 min loading zone out front so you don’t have to worry about paying to park for takeout.

They stuff their burritos with rice — which should never be there in the first place. A real burrito is about the meat, beans, salsa, and flavor, not cheap filler. Here you barely get any meat, mostly rice, and they don’t even give you sauce unless you pay extra. For the high prices they charge, this is completely unacceptable. Not authentic, not worth the money.

Good food, they initially forgot our drinks but sent double to make up for it. Pretty cool for that

I love this restaurant, it’s close by hairdresser salon where I work and am constantly coming!
Food is always fresh and tasty!People in restaurant are very nice and polite specially Christopher he is always smiling and cheerful, a very positive person! It is rare to find such a hardworking and respectful staff…

We got the craft taco dinner, the Carne Asada enchiladas, and chips and guacamole. Everything was EXCELLENT! great addition to our neighborhood! We can’t wait to return and try more from the menu! Amazing.
