Came all the way from California for graduation ceremony and craving home food. Saw Anayo’s African Cuisines
online. His services were excellent and very impressive.
We ordered some food. The Okra, and bitter-leaf soup were both fresh, tasty with adequate spice. You don’t need any additional salt or pepper like we do sometimes.
The jellof rice was well made and sweet and white rice and stew were well done and very tasty. In short it felt like home.

The owner and wife cooked up a unique dish for the 4 of us my wife and two children, we had the special which was Uziza soup with fish and goat meat, tasted a bit spicy but flavorful to the point of always wanting more dipping the fufu was a treat also and as a first time ever family trying out this kind of food i can say it was absolutely delicious.
The Egusi was so good. Me and hubby went. Let me tell yall it was amazing. Service was good. The owner was patient and kind to explain the drinks. We also had the meat pies. They were very good and flavorful and homemade. The Egusi is spicy so maybe ask for no Scotch pepper but I enjoyed it very much. 10 out of 10 for me. It was smelling so good that I just dug in without taking a picture. Them folks know flavor frfr
