Terrible service. The lady behind the counter clearly didn’t want to help and made the whole experience super uncomfortable. She acted like I was an inconvenience and gave me judgmental looks the entire time. No hello, no effort—just bad attitude. It’s really disappointing when you walk into a place expecting a treat and leave feeling unwelcome. I won’t be coming back.

I have been buying ice cream , elotes, yogures y aguas frescas and is so good. They make the ice cream with natural fruit, a good quality, Love it!

Awesome place for ice cream. The kids love it. Great place for snacks and treats. Unique items. Friendly staff. Support local businesses.

I ordered some Cheetos with cheese and I had to throw away the cheese because it tastes weird :( I like shopping at this place but they should be careful with their ingredients

The piñon ice cream was so good. I recommend getting it with the churro.

They have very terrible customer service. They take too long for a cake, almost an hour, and I realize that people get desperate and better leave. Be careful or they will fall

Immigration continues to benefit this country in so many ways, even foods we consider US staples are being perfected by communities of new Chicagoans bringing their unique skills from abroad. Before we had paleterias in Chicago we were limited to a few boring flavors in chains like Baskin Robbins. In my opinion, the best ice cream in Chicago is found at paleterias and Paleteria Las Delicias de la Michoacán is the best in Rogers Park. There are endless unique flavors to choose from here, all of the ice cream is made fresh onsite and every flavor I have tried is delicious! You cannot beat the quality and variety of flavors that Paleteria Las Delicias de la Michocana offers.

Noone speaks English, good quality just hard to order.

Very bad service, I had to wait 40 minutes for two corn tamales and they only put cheese on it.

Great food and snacks! ? ? Next time me and the family have a beach day we're definitely stopping by again. Most definitely to get a torta de "pierna" I think they called it, soooo good, almost like a torta de tinga ? Highly recommend!!

This cute little neighborhood palateria has the best Mexican ice cream and sweets!! Their coconut paletas de leche are the closest thing I've ever tasted to those old candies called Pink Ladies that Fannie May Candies used to make. Pure deliciousness for when you've got that craving for coconut that nothing else will satisfy. They have tons of amazing flavors for their paletas de leche and their ice cream. They also have paletas de agua and aguas frescas. And their arroz con leche is sooooo good! I love it hot with lots of cinnamon. In the wintertime, they also have champurrada, which is very rich and sweet. Everybody here is so friendly. I like to practice my Spanish when talking with the servers. The lines are not usually long, either, and they are open late. This place is a must if you are in the area and love Mexican sweets!

The truth is that I always brag about the water and the corn in this place, but lately the owners are not in the place much, the employees want to give you what they want, I bought a corn with esquite, it was super cold at that moment, I went back to tell them and They told me no, it was hot. Now it turns out that one must eat things the way they want. Not for what you pay. I will not recommend this site anymore
