I literally was waiting for two hours for my order and every driver said somebody came in and picked up my order. And of course they canceled my order because they ended up closing. I kept calling and no answer. If you see all these people come in just remake the order. Apparently you all messed up and gave it to the wrong person. So unprofessional.

The food was decent here but the place was a bit dirty and the whole place just seemed messy. It's what you expect in a panda express but just messy.

I came in to the location on 119th and Marshfield at 8:45p.m. and was not able to order food because they close at 9:30 and they didn't have anything to choose from except for 3 items. I came to purchase 4 bigger plates which with drinks is more than $100 without tax. There was a young man standing on the deep fryer wiping the walls down, closer to the ceiling, this experience was the epitome of unprofessionalism. I won't be back.

Got my order wrong. I ordered pepper steak and with some other steak and rice. I got orange chicken with steak and noodle and rice mix food was good but not what I wanted. Waited for order for about 30 minutes or so.

Food is always good at this location but there are never enough servers for the amount of business they do. It put's me off to go more often.

Gave me food poisoning, won't be back!If I'd shared with my children they'd be sick too & then we'd really have a problem!!! I've been sick since early Thursday morning as a result of Wednesday nights order. Today is Friday & it's looking like my plans have to wait bc I can't stay off the toilet ? ?. I knew better than to go to this location but I went anyway & spent $12 to be sick!

I have had Panda Express before, at 3 different locations, two suburban and one on the north side of Chicago. At each of those sites, the food was tasty and I've never had a problem. This restaurant (119th), however, was out of mushroom chicken. I can't eat beef, so I settled for honey sesame chicken, which was a mistake! My husband and I found all the food to be poor tasting, starting with basic chow mein! He had a meal with steak & veggies. The next morning, we BOTH had stomach cramps and diarrhea-- obviously food poisoning! Corporate needs to shut down this restaurant!

Most food I was told they were out of such as the chicken and green beans and the black pepper Angus steak for the day and it's team members are attitudish because their overwhelmed over worked and under paid ....and there's this black young lady wears glasses that came in a 3 had a nasty disposition because I wanted to make sure she added the correct amount of shrimp to my order especially when it's an additional $1.50 up charge other then this the location is still better than Crestwood location that should be shut down

I want to report the Panda Express at 1654 w 119th 60643.It’s 10am and they do not ever open on time. When standing outside in the cold the employees look at you from the kitchen area and do not come to the doors. The hours of operation are from 10:00 to 9:30pmThey need to be closed down.
