Do not go to this papa johns they say they open at 11am but it's really 12pm so if you open at 11am come at 10:45 and get everything ready to go at 11am when the doors open the girlvwas all confused and by herself I mean higher some help this papa johns is ridiculous stay far away order from domino's they have the new cheesy sticks way better than the new papa John bites.

I tried Papa Johns in Chicago many times but never taste good, today I finally get lucky and eat the best pizza from papa Johns, I ordered it online and the guy who made it did an excellent job the pizza was cooked well and the dough is crispy and delicious I definitely will come again for this pizza

The pizza is amazing as always! But today when I got my pizza I couldn’t see one of my topping since it was under the cheese so I just wanted to be sure and the person on the phone got upset when I called screaming “ITS THERE!! ITS THERE HOW CAN YOU NOT SEE IT?!” I just wanted to be sure no need to give an attitude.

Very rude customer service, a mistake was made on our order and instead of being refunded with courtesy we get attitude from the cashier and the driver who literally threw our food at the door. Unnecessary argument over a simple mistake from their side.In addition, they wanted the mistaken order back as if we aren't still in a pandemic, for what purpose who knows.
